Every path starts with a free Meet. If agents can help, a paid Map comes next, and the full Map fee is deducted from your Build price. Build and Grow only follow when the numbers work for you. After each step you can stop, so you never commit to more than the next step. Even a small system of one agent starts with Map.

Fixed price. If you continue to Build, the full amount is deducted from your Build price.
We learn how the work actually happens, then hand you a priced plan for what to build first.

Starts when your Build goes live.
We keep your system healthy and make it better month by month. Your monthly report shows exactly what it has done.

The full Map fee is deducted from your Build price.

AI literacy is already a duty. Article 4 of the EU AI Act has applied to every employer since February 2025.
EU AI Act module
Two levels, priced to how far you need to go. Calm, factual, documented.
- Basis: a clear list of every AI tool you use, your role for each (do you build the AI, or just use it), and your people trained, with proof
- A check on where you must tell people they are talking to AI or label AI-made content: that duty applies from 2 August 2026 (Article 50)
- Full: preparation for the heavier duties on high-risk AI use toward 2 December 2027, such as a person staying in charge and keeping records (Article 26)
You pay for what it is worth. Never by the hour.
You pay for the outcome, not for our hours. There is one floor: never less than what it costs us to do the work well.
A workflow that takes 60 hours a month at EUR 55 an hour costs EUR 39,600 a year. Against that, a EUR 15,000 Build pays for itself in under five months, and a EUR 25,000 Build in about eight.
Price and plan are fixed before we start. Changes only happen after you agree in writing, and you can stop after every step.
You pay for the value the system creates, never less than what it costs to build it well.
Honest answers.
Who owns the system?
You do. We put it in the contract: the custom work we build for you belongs to you. We keep a licence on the reusable base we build on, and your data and your agents are yours.
Where does my system run?
On servers in the EU. We set your system up inside your own EU environment during the Build. The AI models are a separate question. By default they run on US providers, so prompts and content leave the EU at that step. If you need the models to stay in the EU as well, we can run them through AWS Bedrock in an EU region instead. Tell us during the Map and we build it that way.
What if it does not work?
You can stop after every step, and you keep what you paid for. Map exists exactly for this: you see the plan and the price before any building starts. And if we think agents will not help you, we say so at the first call.
Why is the price fixed?
So you know the price and what you get before we start. If the plan changes along the way, we agree the change in writing first. Nothing is quietly added to the bill.
What does it cost to run the system day to day?
You pay for the AI models and the hosting your system uses. Those costs sit outside the fixed price, and we agree how they are set up and billed during the Build. If you take Grow, our monthly fee comes on top of that, as listed above.
How fast do we respond when you encounter technical issues?
Within office hours, with a reply by the next working day at the latest. We do not run 24/7 support, and we say so plainly.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices exclude VAT.
