Who it's for

For teams that have picked the workflow, usually through a Map, and now want a working system in their own environment instead of another advice report. You know what needs to be built. You want it agreed in writing what finished means, before we start, and we sign that together.

It runs in your own EU environment. Your engine runs the agents, writes down every step, and has a person approve before anything important happens.

We connect the agent to the systems where the work happens now, think your mailbox, your files or your CRM, as agreed in the scope.

Tested on your own examples

You give us real examples of the work. We run the system on them and put the results next to what you expect, so you see it does what you want before it goes live.

Built-in safety

The agent can only reach what it needs. Important actions wait for a person to approve them. And every step is written down, so you can always see what happened.

How it works

    We write down what we will build and the checklist it has to pass. You read it, ask anything, and sign it. From you we need the people who know the work, for a few short sessions.
  2. 02We build it in your own EU environment.
    We set the system up inside your own EU environment, and build and watch it with our own engine. You see progress as it happens. The access we need is agreed up front, in the plan.
  3. 03We connect the tools we agreed on.
    We connect the agent to the systems where the work happens now, think your mailbox, your files or your CRM. You see exactly what it can reach, and nothing more.
  4. 04We test it on your own examples.
    You give us real examples of the work. We run the system on them, check the results by hand as well, and put them next to what you expect. You decide it is good enough before it touches real work.
  5. 05We hand it over, with 30 days of aftercare.
    You get the code, the setup, a plain how-to, access to the monitoring, and training for your team. We sign off together. For the first 30 days we fix teething problems at no extra cost.

Before
Someone opens every incoming invoice, types the supplier, amount and due date into your system, and sends it on for approval.
What the agent does

What you still do
You approve the invoices, and you check the unclear cases the agent set aside.
The payback
A EUR 25,000 Build against EUR 39,600 of manual work a year pays for itself in about eight months.
We test it against a fixed set of over 100 real invoices. On this illustrative run it reads the standard fields correctly on about 98 in every 100, and sends the unclear ones to a person to check. We report those scores before it goes live.

Not included

  • Changes to the signed scope. Possible during the Build, but as a separately agreed change order.
  • Monitoring and maintenance after delivery. That is Grow.
  • Third-party licences and the usage costs of AI models and hosting. Those fall outside the fixed price; we agree the setup and billing with you during the Build.

Questions

What if the scope shifts?

Then we write up a change order: what changes, and what it costs. You agree in writing before we act, so nothing is quietly added to the bill.

Who owns the system?

You do. We put it in the contract: the custom work we build for you belongs to you. We keep a licence on the reusable base we build on, and your data and your agents are yours.

What does it cost to run?

Usage costs for AI models and hosting fall outside the fixed price. How that runs is something we agree with you during the Build. Grow is our monthly service on top of that; it is not the running costs themselves.

What happens after we sign off?

You get 30 days of aftercare for teething problems, at no extra cost. After that you can start Grow whenever you are ready.
