A list of your workflows, each scored on two things: the time an agent could save, and how much could go wrong. That is how we rank them.
A payback sum on your own numbers
A simple payback sum on numbers you confirm: how often the work happens, how long it takes, and an hourly cost band you approve. We never ask for salary data.

A clear view of what to build first, what can wait, and what is not worth it.

A priced Build proposal with the plan and exit points, plus a handover so you can build it yourself or with someone else.

01Kickoff: we agree the goal and who to talk to.
A short call to agree what you want to fix and who knows the work best. Nothing to prepare; we send a short list of what helps to have to hand.02We learn how the work is really done.
In a few working sessions we learn exactly what happens in the workflow, either with your team or with you explaining it. You do not need to host us on site.03We list your workflows and score each one.
We write down each workflow and score it on two things: the time an agent could save, and how much could go wrong. You see why each one is ranked where it is.04We build a payback sum on your own numbers.
We put numbers you confirm into a simple payback sum: how often the work happens, how long it takes, and an hourly cost band you approve. We never ask for salary data.05We hand you the plan and a priced Build proposal.
You get a ranked plan of what to build first, and a priced Build proposal with exit points. If you continue, the Map fee is deducted from your Build price. If not, the plan is yours to keep.

Why do I pay for the Map?
Because it is real work, not a sales call. The price is fixed, and if you continue to Build the full amount is deducted from your Build price, so you never pay for the planning twice.
What do you need from us?
Time with the people who know the work, and the numbers behind it: how often it happens and how long it takes. We never ask for salary data.
What if the answer is no?
Then we say so. You keep the plan, the scoring and an honest view of where agents would and would not help.
